What will my international shipping costs be?
As international shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the item, we are unable to give exact quotes until your orders arrive at our address.
We use USPS to ship our items unless your package doesn’t meet their size guidelines (or if another carrier is requested specifically) – please refer here for their shipping calculator. Select your country, then use Select Shape, then Package and enter a weight and press Continue to see the shipping options – we generally offer Express Mail International, Priority Mail International and First Class Mail International (First Class is only available for packages 4lbs and under). For example, if your order is being shipped to Australia and came to 4lbs, you can see by the shipping calculator that shipping costs would be $51.50USD via Express Shipping, $38.75USD via Priority Shipping and $31.89USD via First Class.
Our main alternative international shipping provider for oversized packages is DHL. The cost of shipping via DHL is largely dependent on the weight as well as the shipping dimensions of the package, so we will require this information before being able to provide an estimate on DHL shipping costs.
Of course, you are free to request another specific shipping provider if desired.
What are the size limitations for USPS?
For packages shipped to Australia the maximum length of the package is 36 inches, and the maximum length and girth – circumference of the shortest side of the package – combined is 79 inches. For size guidelines for other countries please contact us.
Will I have to pay customs taxes once my package arrives?
If you are in Australia, customs duties will need to be paid for packages worth $1000AUD, including the cost of shipping, or more . This is the responsibility of the customer – the customs office will contact you with more information should you be liable for this tax, and it will need to be paid to them before your package is released. If located in another country, please contact your local customs office to find out what guidelines apply to you.
What items can’t be shipped?
Please refer here for guidelines regarding items prohibited to be shipped via air mail.
The most commonly asked about PROHIBITED items are flammable liquids, such as perfumes(including samples), nail polishes, aerosols, toners and makeup removers containing alcohol. Unfortunately, we are unable to post these items due to shipping regulations.

Is the USPS delivery time frame guaranteed?
Neither Parcel It On nor USPS make any guarantees about the time it will take for packages to be delivered. Estimates of delivery time frames are given based on past experience. Should you wish to guarantee your delivery time frame with USPS, the Mail Forwarding Fee charged will be $30USD due to the additional paperwork required to file this request.
